Refund policy

Damages And Issues


We will always seek to replace / refund any damaged or lost items if notified within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure you provide photographic evidence of any damage caused in transit.


UK and EU Right Of Return


If you are based in the UK you can return goods for any reason if you notify us within 14 days of receipt. You will then have a further 14 days to return the goods (at your own expense). Once received we will refund you the original purchase and postage cost.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and suitably packaged to arrive in this condition.


You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.


You can always contact us for any return questions at dan@optimisticproductions.co.uk.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
